Kick-start your fitness by joining us at boot camp!
Mondays – 2pm Northill Village Hall
Designed to cater for a range of abilities, in these friendly boot camp-style classes you will improve your fitness and tone your body.
The emphasis is on variety and fun as well as getting a good workout so you’ll see a mix of individual, partner and team exercises (and games!). In addition to our own bodyweight we train with a range of equipment – weights, balls, resistance bands and agility ladders are among the kit we use to keep things interesting…
The sessions last 60 minutes, and are led by personal trainer Liz Burfield.
How much is it?
All boot camp sessions cost £6 and are paid for per session, on the day itself. There is no sign up fee for the boot camp, nor any need to pay in advance for a specific number of weeks.
Where is it?
Northill Village Hall – the hall is situated in the centre of Northill Village, opposite St Mary’s Parish Church, and close to ‘The Crown’ public house and the duck pond. Parking is available in front of the hall.
Do I need to book?
No, but please contact Liz before attending for the first time.
What should I wear?
You don’t need to wear anything special for the boot camp – just make sure you are comfortable moving in your clothes and that you have a pair of decent (not fashion) trainers.
Should I bring anything?
Bring a bottle of water so you can keep hydrated.
